jimin spends a lot of time after work and during his breaks in the local café, the »teapot«. everytime he’s there he notices the same person sitting all by himself in the corner of the room. he feels like the boy‘s folowing him so he decides to confront him, turns out taehyung just likes coffee just as much as he does. from now on, they meet there to chat almost everyday.

jimin lives in room 100 with his roommate namjoon and his cat tenki, on the first floor of the aeris dorms.

backstory

jimin had learned about his power at a pretty young age, crying his eyes out over another boy in kindergarden taking his stuffed toy away from him. the minute he started bawling, thunder and lightning struck across the sky. not everyone made the association at first, but he knew she was gifted. his parents called him wonderchild, showed him off proudly. maybe even too proudly. whenever the rather rich family had guests over, they would show him off like his emotions were some sort of crazy party trick. he never had many friends but he didnt think he needed to, he always had his parents, but he noticed the change in their behavior. they made him go on news shows, talk to reporters about his ability, and of course, though many didnt believe him, jimin knew just how much profit they made off of him. he was sick of it, sick of his parents using him for their own wealth, so as soon as he turned eighteen, he left them behind, determined to find others like him. his childhood left him scarred with depression and anxiety, his fears often consumed her. he found a small town and joined the coven of aeris, his whole life changing when he realized he wasnt alone, others had abilities like his, too. due to his connections it was really easy for him to find a job at a local news center, they wanted her to be a reporter. at first, they only let him do the weather reports, but upon seeing his passion for the job grow, they let him take other segments as well. soon enough, he was offered to host his own radio show, which he was really happy about. if anything's going on in the city, he's the first to talk about it on his show.
